Mrs. Dora Bunner, 80, widow of Walter D. Bunner, died Wednesday at Parkview Nursing Home. She formerly lived at 221 Queen St., until moving to the nursing home four years ago.
Born in Franklin County she had lived in Delaware County most of her life. She was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church and the United Bible Class of the church.
Mrs. Bunner is survived by one daughter, Mrs. William Hovis, Muncie; three sisters, Mrs. Alcie Bunner, Springport, Mrs. Lula Downing, DeLand, Fla., and Mrs. Elizabeth Hines, St. Jo., Mo.; two brothers, Harrison and Raymond Sherwood, both of Muncie; and three grandsons.
Friends may call at Meeks Mortuary from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and before services there at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Rev. Jackk Thomas will officiate. Entombment will be in the Elm Ridge Mausoleum.
