On the 1900 census, Carrie, age 7, is found living with her parents Mary and Tom WATTS. By 1930 Carrie's parents had relocated to Iowa where her father died in 1932 and is buried there. Her mother Mary returned to Morristown, Hamblen County, Tennessee and is buried near her sister-in-law Cordie WATTS Jenkins. Carrie's brother Clarence D. WATTS was Informant for both parents' Death Certificates.
