Born Mary Rosanna Carbaugh. Mary's obituary gives her age at death as 93, placing her birth in approximately 1882. Documentation suggests this is actually incorrect. The 1900 US Census states her birth as Jan 1886, and the 1910 US Census states her age as 24, again placing her birth in 1886. Also, the Social Security Applications and Claim Index states her birth date as 14 Jan 1886.
