The Last Will and Testament of Bryant Seaney

In the name of God, Amen.
I, Bryant Seaney of Crawford County, and State of Illinois, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, execute, ordain, and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
In the first place I wish all my Just debts to be paid, and to that end, and with the intent I will that my executor herein after appointed, do sell at public sale all my personal property, and also the North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section numbered twenty-five in Township number seven North of Range number Eleven West, containing eighty acres, and if the personal property and the eighty acre tract above described should be insufficient to discharge my just debts, then, and in that case I will that my executor also sell the west half of the North East Quarter of Section twenty-six of Township Number seven North, of Range Number eleven west containing Eighty acres.
In the second place I will and devise my estate, both real & personal of whatever kind, or nature that may remain after the payment of my debts, to my children, Margaret, Elisabeth, Rosetta, Mary, and Rozella, and to such of them as shall survive me; It is my will that my executor rent out the Quarter section upon which I now livebeing the entire improvement on my home farm and that the proceeds thereof go in aid of the bequest made for payment of debts, if necessary, if not necessary then to be applied to the maintenance and education of my children.
I do hereby Nominate, constitute, and appoint my friend James Little my executor of this last will and testament, In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this first day of September AD. 1835.
