James Floyd Morris, 52, of Luray died on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
He was born on Dec. 30, 1953 in Alexandria and was a son of Myrtice Munroe Morris of Luray and the late Paul James Morris.

Mr. Morris was a Navy Veteran and was a member of the Redeeming Love Fellowship Church. He was employed at Anthony's Pizza in Luray and was as avid hunter and antique dealer.
Surviving in addition to his mother are two daughters, Rachel Morris and P. J. Pauletta Morris, both of Front Royal; and three sisters, Paulella Dawson of Luray, Joyce Anne Frost at Fairfax and Beverly Dun of Greenville, Tennessee.
A funeral service was conducted on Sunday, March 12, at the Redeening Love Fellowship Church near Shenandoah by Paster Leroy Hulvey.

Burial was held on Monday, March 13 at the National Memorial Park in Falls Church by the Rev. Bryon Wood.
