Funeral services for Sarah A. Adams, 59, who died at 6 yesterday morning, have been tentatively set for 2 Friday afternoon at the Daily mortuary at Port Byron. The Rev. A. C. A. Lee of the Hillsdale Methodist church will officate, and burial will be in the Bethesda cemetery here. Miss Adams was born Feb. 16, 1891, at Joslin, daughter of James and Cynthia Ward Adams. She had always lived at Joslin until moving to Hillsdale a few years ago. She was a member of the Joslin United Brethren church, the Elsie chapter of the Eastern Star, Port Byron, and a gold star member of the Hillsdale Legion auxiliary unit Surviving are two brothers, James of Alhambra, Calif., and Kenneth of Princeton, la. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. Mason, who died in France during the flu epidemic in the First World war.
