: Marie C. Mueller, age 98, of 1809 Jefferson St., New Holstein, died Friday, May 5, 2000 at the Calumet Medical Center, Chilton.

The former Marie Fuhrmann was born Nov. 2, 1901 in St. Cloud, town of Russell to the late Christ and Kathryn Werschem Fuhrmann.

On Oct. 20, 1926, she married Norbert J. Mueller at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe, She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein.

Survivors include one daughter, Carol Mueller of Blue Mounds; and three sisters, Edna Olson and Flora (Ervin) Blanck, both of West Allis and Lorraine (Arthur) Mueller of St. Cloud. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1992, seven brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home in New Holstein on Sunday, May 7 from 4-6 p.m. and again on Monday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of brief family rites at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 8, at St. Ann Catholic Church in St. Anna with the Rev. Peter Kutch O.F.M. CAP officiating.

Burial will be in Holy Rosary Parish Cemetery in New Holstein.
