Francis M. Evans,
Life-Long Resident
of Sedalia, Succumbs

Francis Marion Evans, 74 years old, died Sunday morning at his home in the Sedalia community
after a long illness.

He was a life-long resident of the Sedalia community, and was a member of the Christian church.

Burial was made in the Rambo cemetery Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. Horace Knox
officiating.

Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Ida Brammer Evans; two daughters, Mrs. John Rice and Mrs. Hallie Goodhart of Joplin, Mo.; four brothers; one sister, and five grand-
children.

Francis Marion Evans was born September 3, 18702. He was the husband of Ida May Brammer Evans they were married February 10, 1895 in Rogers, Arkans Benton county. This union produced two daughgters, Minnie Ether and Almeda.

He died on August 12, 1945 and is buried next to his wife in Rambo Cemetery in Rogers, Arkansas.
