Clarence Hursey, 91, of Douglas died on Thursday June 5, 2014 at his residence. He was born November 3, 1922 in Douglas, Georgia to the late Arthur Lott Hursey and Annie Bell Sears Hursey. Survivors include his wife, Stella Mae Hursey of Douglas, son: Ken Hursey of Yorktown, Virginia, daughter: Ida Ann Byrd(Charles) of Douglas, sister: Betty Jean Hursey Smith(Joel) of Douglas, 4 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchldren. Funeral Services were held Saturday June 7, 2014 at Tanner Baptist Church with Rev. James Jordon officiating. Interment followed in Tanner Church Cemetery.
