(Osage News Dec, 15 1898) Stacyville: Mrs. Frank Offerman died Thursday morning after a long illness. The funeral took place Saturday at the Catholic church. She leaves a husband and a little boy (sic, actually girl) who have the sympathy of all.
Her surviving daughter's name was Cecilia. Another daughter, Gertrude, born in March 1895, preceded her in death. Gertrude's deathdate has yet to be discovered.
