Jeanette Regan was the daughter of Eugene Regan and Isabella Finlayson. Her father was born in New York of Irish immigrants and her mother was born in Scotland. Jeanette was one of eight children (4 boys and 4 girls). She first married Owen D. Harrison in 1912; he was listed in the 1930 census as an electrician with the phone company, living at 908 Third Avenue in Mendota. She later married a Mr. Kilmartin. She was the last surviving sibling of her family. She died in Mendota in 1982.
