Thomas Jefferson Curry was born in Southworth, Texas. He came to Wyoming about 1890 and his home has been in the county since then.
He died at his home in Douglas after an illness of several years.
In 1895 he was married to Miss Mary Ellen O'Brien, who survives him. Four daughters and five sons also survive. They are Mary Ellen Brooks, Durango, Colo.; Bertha A. Parker, Brighton, Colo.; Ralph D., Warren E., Douglas M., George R., James Chester, Anna R. and Marlan E., all of Douglas.
