Helen M Holdren, 89 widow of Russell Holdren Jr of 22 Cree Drive Lock have formerly of Tylersville passed away Jan 24 2013 at the Susque-View Home. Born on Feb 19 1923 in Lock Haven she was the daughter of Walter & Ada (McKibben) Andrews. She was employed by the Pequea Fishing Tackle Co in Loganton for over 60 years. Helen attended St John's Church of Christ in Tylersville and was a lifelong member of the American Folk Music Association, She enjoyed square dancing puzzles and playing cards.

She is survived by a daughter Belva Kerstetter of Tylersville, a sister Ruth Williams of Beech Creek, five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great-great- grandaughter. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son "Hop" Holdren, and two sisters Clara Muthler and Kate Haagen.

A memorial service will be held at the St John's Church of Christ, 3782 Narrows Road Tylersville on Monday Jan 28 2013 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Brenda Mitchell officiating, A visitation will be held on Monday at 10 Am until the time of the service.
