Susanna was the daughter of Henry & Susannah Huffer Weast.
She married Andrew Danner the widow of her sister Ruanna. Ruanna having passed away when her third child was not yet one year of age. Susanna and Andrew had eight children six girls and two boys.

Mrs. Susanna Danner, widow of An-
drew Danner, a Union Veteran, died
Monday evening at 6 o'clock at the
home of her son-in-law, Edw P. Dor-
sey, near Dowsnville, of general de-
bility, aged 70 years. Mrs. Danner
was a Miss Reese, formerly of Boons-
boro, and a member of the U.B.
church. Shenis survived by the fol-
lowing children: William, Mrs. Eliza-
beth Linn, Mrs. Charles Spielman,
Mrs. John Loudenslager, Mrs. Cynthia
Gabe, Hagerstown; Mrs. E.P. Dorsey,
near Downsville; Mrs. Albert Stover,
Fairplay; Mrs. Geo. W. Troup, Adams
County, Pa.; Mrs. Clinton Barnhart,
State Line, brother George Reese,
Kansas. Funeral at 10 o'clock Wed-
nesday from the Christian church,
Downsville, by Rev. J. I. Hall and
Dr. V. M. Reichard; interment in
Boonsboro.

Mrs. Susanna Danner, widow, died
Monday at her home, two miles south
of Downsville, after six weeks ill-
ness, of heart trouble, aged 77
years, 9 months and 13 days. She
formerly lived at Boonsboro. Her
husband died several years ago.
Surviving are the following child-
ren: Mrs. Martha Stouffer, Fairplay,
Mrs. Elizabeth Lynn, Hagerstown;
Mrs. Sarah Dorsey, Downsville;
Mrs. Emma Spielman, near Hagerstown;
Mrs. Susan Trout, Emmitsburg; Mrs.
Katie Barnhart, Mason and Dixon; Wil-
liam, near Hagerstown. The funeral
took place on Wednesday at 10 a. m.;
interment in the Boonsboro Cemetery.


Susana was my 2nd Great Grandmother.
