Services for Mr. Floyd Caskey, 88, of Bienville were held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 14 at the Bienville Baptist Church with the Rev. Lowell Vaughn officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bill Hoffman. Burial was at the Liberty Hill Cemetery under the direction of Conger's Funeral Home of Arcadia, La.

Mr. Caskey died at 6 A.M. March 12,1985 at Willis Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport. Mr. Caskey, a retired forest ranger with the Louisiana Dept. of Forestry, was a member of the Bienville Baptist Church and a member of the Arcadia Masonic Lodge. He was also a member of Woodman of the World.

Mr. Caskey was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Lou Ford Caskey; three daughters, Johnnie Lucille Caskey, Minnie Ernestine Davidson, Floy Lavon Dunn; one grandson, William H. (Bill) Alexander, Jr. his parents, John Robert and Laura Elizabeth Caskey and eight brothers.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Beverly Jean Meeks, of Keatchie, La., Mrs. Willie Mae Alexander of Baton Rouge; two brothers, John Clark Caskey of Gulfport, Miss., Birtis Caskey of Bienville, La; five sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Loe of Shreveport, Mrs. Laura Lee Crawford of Jonesboro, La., Mrs. Lena Bailiff, of Springhill, La., Mrs. Irene Dare of Castor, La., Mrs. Lillian Hennigan of Campti, La.; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.

Pall bearers: grandsons, Floyd Lane Davidson. William Floyd Meeks, Eugene Frame Dunne, Jr., Martin Clyde Meeks, Jr., Nephews, Ford Caskey, Jery Caskey.

Honorary Pallbearers: J.J. Ammons, Byron Mack.
