John-6 was the son of David-5 Calvin Warner, Sr. and his wife Mary Russell.

Recorded in Journal 7 Page 8:

In this matter of a final settlement having Lien has with Albert Codner admininstrator neither the will concerns purses out to notice duly given upon which a settlement of affairs that said admininstrator has number (symbol) in all cash $2165.74 and that he has paid out & expensed for claims allowed againist said estate & expenses of adminitrstive including of $82.43 allowed said adminstor for his compensation at sum of $356.62 leaving a balance of cash now on hand of $1809.12 that in addition thereto there is in the hands of said administrator the mortage given by F. Burch including interest thereon on March 2 1872 for $325.75 also one note againist one john Hughes with for $115.00 & for house hold good & clothing estimated at the sum of $40.13. Making a total sum of $2290.00 on hand on said 2 day of March of 1872.

And is affirming that said deceased by his last will and testament wjocj jas been duly admitted to probate in this county gave and bequeathed to his son Samuel M. Warner the sum of four hundred dollars. To his daughter Mrs. Ursula Osborn the sum of one dollar. To his daughter Dexsey Hughes the sum of three hundred dollars. To his daughter Eliza Cole the sum of one hundred dollars. To his son the sum of three hundred dollars. To his daughter Caroline E Codner the sum of three hundred dollars. To his daughter Emeline E Bowen the sum of three hundred dollars.

All the rest & residue of his estate he gave & bequeath to the Legatus aforesaid excpet the said Ursula Osborn & Eliza Cole.
And is affirming Hannah widow of said deceased has interposed no claim right or interest in the propery of said estate or any part thereof. She having for valuable consideration released any and all such right during the life of said John Warner. There upon it is ordered that said estate be & the same is hereby distributed amoung the general legatus in the shares & portions as above stated and that the said admininstrator prove & satisfy in the several legatus aforesaid the general services aforesaid & take receipts therefore: that is to say that he paid to said Samuel M. Warner the sum of $400.00

That all nest & resedue of said estate that shall remain after the payments of the several sums last above named by divided equally share & share alike between the said Samuel M Warner, Dexsey Hughes, John J Warner, Charles Warner, Caroline E Doner & Emeline Bowen & that said administrator pay the same accordingly pay all of said legaceries in moving probate so far as the same money moved on hand shallexlude & balance so soon as the note & said mortage can or pay the collections or in course duly of said legates are willing to take enclosed said mortage & note untill the assumed interest thereon in payments of this said legacy are thru that said admininstor pay for the wills the legacus oforesaid life therefore in this court & that there upon said administor be fully discahrged.

WARNER Lineage: John-6 Warner Sr., David-5 Calvin Warner Sr., Jesse-4 Warner Sr., Samuel-3 Warner Sr., Daniel-2 Warner Sr., Andrew-1 WARNER Sr., an Englishman who set sail with his wife and several children on the ship "Lyon" from Bristol, England on 8/23/1631 and landed 11/2/1631 at Nantasket, MA; and later completed the journey on 1/7/1632-33 to the newly established (1630) Massachusetts Bay Colony.
