She was born March 24, 1937, in Idaho Falls, to Walter Cramer and Amy Rawle Cramer. She was raised and attended schools in Ucon, and graduated from Bonneville High School. On June 22, 1956, she married Tex Owen Bloxham in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. To this union they added five sons. She worked catering weddings, making wedding cakes and also worked in Real Estate.
Alice is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; she served in many capacities including the Primary and Relief Society organizations. She loved sewing, cooking, gardening and caring for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Tex Owen Bloxham, of Rigby, Idaho, sons, Russell (Peggy) Bloxham, of Rigby, Idaho, Forrest (Myrrie) Bloxham, of Thatcher, UT, Karl (Brenda) Bloxham, of Roy, Utah, Doug Bloxham, of Rigby, Idaho, Paul (Rachel) Bloxham, of Eagle Mountain, Utah, sisters, Irene Simpkins, of Enterprise, UT, Glenna Oswald, of Ogden, Utah, Anita (Gary) Campbell, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, brothers, Evan (Mavis) Cramer, of St. George, UT, Stanley Cramer, of Idaho Falls, Idaho , Richard (Bea) Cramer, of Farr West, Utah, Lewis (LaRee) Cramer, of Ucon, Idaho, Steve (Janiel) Cramer, of Moses Lake, Washington, Irving (Kathy) Cramer, of Pocatello, Idaho, 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, and a sister Sharon Cramer Todd.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Rigby South Stake Center, with Bishop Kevin Ringle, conducting. Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery, under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
