Russell passed away at the University of Utah Hospital. Survivors beside his wife Peggy included: their son Dayne Bloxham (Kayla Bach) of Cambridge, MA; his brothers Forrest (Myrrie) Bloxham of Thatcher, UT, Karl (Brenda) Bloxham of Roy, UT, Doug (Christy) Bloxham of Rigby and Paul (Rachel) Bloxham of Eagle Mountain, UT. Funeral services held Saturday, March 5th at the LDS chapel at 364 North 4100 East in Rigby. Arrangements by Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
