Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30, at Providence Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Shupp officiating. The family is to receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
She was born in Chicota on Dec. 21, 1927, a daughter of Bert W. and Alice Ingram Bowden. She married John A. Long on June 8, 1946, in Paris.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, five brothers, two sisters, two grandsons, John Michael Long and Joey Allen Long; and a son-in-law. Billy Wayne Dossey.
Survivors include a son, of Paris; a daughter, of Paris; six grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a brother of Oklahoma; a sister of California; neices, nephews and a hosty friends.
