Mrs. Ida Martha Summers, 90, funeral will be held Wednesday. She died Monday. Ida M. McCaffrey was born August 8, 1866 in Lucas county, Missouri. She and her husband Andrew Jackson Summers came to Norfolk in 1909. She was survived by 1 daughter Mrs. Ed Broeker of Norfolk, 2 sons: Claude of Glendale, California and Guy of Burbank, California, 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 4 great-grandchildren; 1 sister Mrs. Etta Wilkerson of Kemmerer, Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her husband 21 years ago, 1 son Edson of Norfolk 2 years ago. Source: extracted from "The Norfolk Daily News", Tuesday, May 14, 1957 on page 1 and 11.
