Visiting at Wilbert Funeral Home, Plaquemine, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and after 8 a.m. Friday. Religious services at the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Jack Phelps. Interment in Grace Memorial Park. Survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Julia and Claiborne Simoneaux, Port Allen, and Louanna and Douglas Persilver, Plaquemine; three sons and two daughters-in-law, David and Mary Allen, Baton Rouge, Glenn and Rita Mae Allen, Port Allen, and Michael Allen, Lake Charles; a brother, Phillip Allen, Bayou Sorrel; 19 grandchildren
