Louanna passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 surrounded by her family at Our Lady of the Lake at the age of 75. She was a resident of Plaquemine and a native of Bayou Chene, La. Visiting will be at Victory Baptist Church, Plaquemine, La. on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 9am until religious services at 12pm, conducted by Pastor Robert Easley. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park, Plaquemine. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Casey Douglas Persilver; daughters, Toni Persilver Bourgeois, Sharon Persilver Feazell and husband Mike, Deana Persilver Hebert, and Susan Gail Persilver; son, Michael Allen and wife Kim; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; daughter in law, Donna Ortis Allen; former sons in law, Rodney Bourgeois and Brian Hebert; sister, Julia Ann Simmoneaux and husband Claiborne; and brother, David Allen and wife Mary. Preceded in death by her son, Grayland Allen; parents, Wade and Florence Curry Allen; and brother, Glenn Dale Allen. She loved taking care of others and will be missed by her family and friends.
