13 April 1917--Resident of Shonkin Dies At Fort Benton
Fort Benton, April 12--Martin Connolly died in the hospital at this place last evening. Mr. Connolly had been in poor health for some weeks, but most of the time had been out and attending to business. He was an old time resident of the lower Shonkin, having a valuable ranch within a few miles of Fort Benton, but had sold that place a few years ago, and since that time had been living in Fort Benton most of the time. He leaves a wife and two daughters and a large circle of sisters and brothers in this part of the state, all of whom have long been residents of Montana.
