Mrs. William Lueskow, 77, of 2314 Lealah street, Menominee, who had lived there for 60 years, died Monday at 4:30 p.m., in St. Joseph's hospital. She entered the hospital June 15.
Mrs. Lueskow was born in 1871 at Theresa, Wis., and on June 18, 1888 was united in marriage to Mr. Lueskow in a ceremony at Cecil. They moved to Menominee shortly following their marriage. She was an active member of Christ Lutheran church and of the Ladies Aid society.
Surviving her in addition to her husband are four children. They are Edward and George of Menominee, Mrs. Robert Luedtke of Harbor City, Calif., and Mrs. Theodore Schuette of Red Granite. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Charles Swede of Marinette and Mrs. Julius Marohl of Cecil; one brother, Charles Bartels of Cecil; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The Rev. Theodore Thurow will conduct the funeral services Thursday at 1 p.m., in Christ Lutheran church. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. The body will be taken from the Cadieu funeral home to the residence Wednesday noon and may be viewed there until 12:30 p.m., Wednesday when brief services will be held.
