Illness Fatal to Fosson
Aged Resident Died at Home of Son Early this morning
John Fosson, 71-year-old retired employee of the American Rolling Mill Company, died at the home of his son, Fred Fosson, 429 Wheatley Road, this morning at eight o'clock after an illness of five years. Mr. Fosson was born January 2 1868 in Kentucky, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Henry Fosson. He was also once employed by the AC&I Railroad. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Justice, Sciotoville, OH and Mrs. Wallace Fairchild, Ashland; three sons, Fred & August Fosson, both of Westwood and Charles Henry Fosson, Rte 2 Ashland; five brothers, William Fosson, Bellefonte Road, Ashland; Henry & August Fosson, both of Ashland; Louie Fosson, WV and Edward Fosson, Washinton, DC; six sisters, Mrs. Carrie Spring, East Fork KY, Mary Lazeman, Athens, OH; Mrs. Elizabeth Menshouse, Ashland,; Mrs. Abe Barber, Ashland; Mrs. John Gerringer, Ashland and Mrs. Alfred Reynolds, Westwood; 22 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The body was taken to the Lazear funeral home until funeral arrangements are completed.

FOSSON: Funeral services will be conducted for John Fosson, 71-year-old retired employee of the American Rolling Mill Company, Sunday afternoon at two-thirty o'clock from the Saint Paul Lutheran church with the Rev. Walter Stock officiating. Burial will be made in the Ashland cemetery. Mr. Fosson died at the home of his son, Fred Fosson, 429 Wheatley Road, yesterday morning at eight o'clock after an illness of five years.
