BERTHA B. COOK
Bertha B. Cook, 90, of the Kuca High Rise, West Frankfort, died 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, at the Franklin County Skill Care Unit in Benton. She was born Nov 27, 1885, in Illinois, the daughter of Elza and Margaret Doering Frazier. Survivors include sons, M.B. Sullivan of West Frankfort and Moble(sic) Sullivan of Carbondale; a step-son, Ervin Sullivan of Carbondale; step-daughters, Jewell Cook and Vesta Gaither, both of Galatia, and Velma Gaither of Benton, and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Stone Funeral Home in West Frankfort. Burial will be in the Masonic and Oddfellows Cemetery in Benton. Friends may call at the funeral home between 6 and 9 p.m. today.
