Mary S. Walters, 56, 211 E. 13th, died Saturday at the Hadley Regional Medical Ceter. She was born Dec. 5, 1916 at Collyer, and had been a resident of the Hays area for the past 30 years.

She was married to Florence Walters in 1937 in Catherine.

Survivors include her husband, Florence, one son, Gary, of the home; four daughters, Debbie, of the home; Mrs. Doris Dinkel, Hays; Mrs. Rosezine Bayles, Hays; Mrs. Barbara McCauley, Salina; five brothers, Pete Braun, Sterling, Colo.; Wendolyn, Pueblo, Colo.; Frank, Dallas, Tex.; Lawrence, Nana, Cal.; Herbert, Holcomb; four sisters, Mrs. Christina Dreiling, Holly, Colo.; Mrs. Margaret Leiker, Garden City; Mrs. Cecilia Adamson, Grand Junction, Colo.; Mrs. Pauline Smith, Mexico, N.Y.; four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Mass of the Resurrection will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. A parish wake will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Wilson Funeral Home. Fr. John Harvey will officiated. Friends may call from 12-9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Monday at Wilson Funeral Home.
