Estanislado was born April 14th 1873 to parents Andres and Camila (Anzures) Hernandez in Del Carmen in Chihuahua, Mexico. Estanislado married his young wife Fernanda (Arrez) Hernandez on June 29th, 1896 in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. In 1901 alongside his parents, brother and sisters, Estanislado immigrated to the United States through the El Paso Texas border with his young family just after the birth of his second child Catarina. He started working in the wholesale industry and eventually his family increased to seven. They would stay in Texas for about two decades before moving west. Just after 1920 Estanislado's brother secured work through the Southern Pacific Railroad and was able to provide passes for everyone to come to California. The family would migrate between Brawley, Ca and Dinuba, Ca following the farming work however after years of moving around Estanislado decided to settle in Dinuba, Ca. Within a few years Estanislado's health began to deteriorate, as he watched his children begin families of their own he became ill. They did what they could but his health steadily worsened. In late January of 1934 Estanislado Hernandez the Patriarch, surrounded by loved ones took his last breath and succumbed to bronchitis. Estanislado, was laid to rest a few days later at the Smith Mountain Cemetery in Dinuba, Ca.

After 78 years of not having a Headstone, to honor our ancestral Patriarch the family came together to provide a fitting marker to ensure his memory and his final resting place would not be forgotten again.
