WALDEN-Mrs. Addie Bernard Puff, wife of Samuel C. Puff, died yesterday at her home, 136 West Main Street, here.
Mrs. Puff was sixty-two. She was born in Gardiner March first, 1883, a daughter of the late Peter and Maria Carey Bernard. A Walden resident thirty-five years, she was a member of the Modena Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, a daughter Mrs. Mildred Buckley of Newburgh; three sons, Melvin Silkworth of Newburgh, by her first marriage, and Charles and Arnold Puff, Jr. of Walden. She also leaves three grandchildren, six step-children, Mrs. Mildred Smith, Mrs. Anna May Yoemans, Mrs. Ella Ruger and Mrs. Florence Macknie, all of Newburgh. Mrs. Gladys Jowitt of Walden and Charles Puff of New Jersey, a sister, Mrs. Ella Cole of Highland, and three brothers, Andrew Bernard of Middletown, Solomon Bernard of Walden and Fred Bernard of Modena.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at two o'clock at the Millspaugh Funeral Home here, with the Rev. Edward G. Wahl officiating. Burial will be in Modena Cemetery.

Addie was previously married to Grover Silkworth, who died before 1920.
