J. M. Wilson, 87, retired farmer and resident of the Fairview section since early childhood, died yesterday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Molly Kirstein, at Fairview, following a long illness.
Surving are four daughters, Mrs. Kirstein, Mrs. Nannie Ashworth, and Mrs. Carrie Hepler, all of Fairview, and Mrs. Leslie Fowler, of Winston - Salem; three sons, Rosco Wilson of Fletcher, Minter Wilson of Winston - Salem, and Laxton Wilson of Fairview; a sister Mrs. Mary Dotson, of Asheville, and a brother, A. E. Wilson, of Nail, Ark.
