My great grandfather's brother. I was told by my Great Aunt that her Uncle Fayt Belk was hit and killed by a train after being distracted while crossing the tracks on the way to his grocery store in Charlotte.

He was named after his grandfather, who was killed in action at Bristoe Station, VA.
