Services for Mrs. J.M. Womack were held at the home officiated by Rev. C.C. Klingman, pastor of the First Christian Church in Graham. She moved to Texas with her parents shortly after the Civil War when a small girl. She first married J.N. Johnston, but about a year ago, she married J.M. Womack. She graduated from Trinity University and taught school in Texas for 16 years, a part of that time in Graham, Texas from 1891 to 1902. She was a reporter for the Weatherford and Fort Worth papers until a few months ago. In young woman hood, she united with the Church of Christ and has been a member since 1885. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Weatherford. Survivors include her husband; four brothers; two daughters; two sons; five grandchildren.
