Former Colo Resident Dies in California
COLO -- Funeral services for Olive May Williams were held in Long Beach, Calif., Jan 10 and interment was in Angeles Abbey Mausoleum in Compton, Calif.
Mrs Williams, who spent many years in the Colo vicinity, died Jan. 5, 1952. She married in 1897 to David Williams who passed away at Colo in 1928. They had lived in Maxwell, Collins and Colo. In 1931 Mrs. Williams moved to Long Beach, Calif., and spent the past years in that vicinity. In May of 1951 she fell and broke her hip and had been confined to the hospital since that time.
Born were ten children, eight of whom are surviving, Francis, Ray, Howard, David, Ivan, George, Otis and one daughter, Elda Dubis.
