Howard Brutsman, 3516 First avenue NE, Cedar Rapids resident since 1928, died at his home place, at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Born in Illinois, June 14, 1868, he farmed near Wyoming before moving to Cedar Rapids.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Burr Hummel of Newton, Mrs. Bessie Hendricksen of Springville, Mrs. Elmer Storm of Wyoming, Mrs. Charles Hugans of Maquoketa and Mrs. William Thompson of Center Junction; seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Harry Brutsman of Delhi, and a sister, Katie Bradford of Florida.
