Former Celina resident Eva M. Schritz, 95, 3215 Wise Creek Lane, Aiken, S.C., died at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 17, 2002, at her residence. She was born April 19, 1907, in St. Henry, to Henry and Clara (Goettemoeller) Beckman. On Nov. 26, 1931, she married Alois J. Schritz and he died in July 1982. Surviving are a son, Robert of Celina; two daughters, Ann James, Aiken, S.C., and Penelope of Tampa, Fla.; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker. Burial will be in Fort Myers, Fla. The Florida Chapter of the National Cremation Society has charge of arrangements.
