Karl married Frances Figgins May 25, 1919. Three Daughters
and one son were born to them.
In 1931 they moved to Manhattan, KS, where Karl was in the
steel salvage and hardware business as well as in real estate sales of commercial and residential properties.
He was preceeded in death by his wife, an infant daughter,
Freda Darlene, his son Neal, who was Killed in WWII flight
training in South America in 1944; 9 brothers and sisters. He is
Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Allen (Alta), Brown, Richland, Wash.,
and Mrs. John (Phyllis) Meisner, Manhattan, Kansas.
Burial in Sunset Cemetery.
