June R. Smith, 74, of 1032 Trindle Road, Carlisle, died Thursday in Carlisle Hospital.

Born January 19, 1919, in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Blaine and Mae Harglerode Warner.

She was a former employee of Kyser Industries of Mt. Holly Springs and Carlisle Shoe Company. She was a life member of VFW Post 477 Ladies Auxiliary and a member of American Legion Post 101, Ladies Auxiliary, both of Crlisle.

Surviving are her husband, Kenneth W. Smith; two sisters, Janet Stoltenburg of Carlisle and Myrtle Maurice of Mt. Holly Springs; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. J. Kenneth Barner officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, West Pennsboro Township.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
