He was born September 1, 1927, in Carlisle.
He was formerly employed by the Bedford Shoe Company and the Carlisle Shoe Company.
Surviving are his widow, Miriam Whitmire Warner; six sons Blain A. and Gregory L., both with the Air Force; Ralph D., RD3 Mechanicsburg, Sidney O. 219 Mt. Zion Road, Boiling Springs; Patrick E., RD1 Carlisle; and Gary A. Warner, 34 N. Second Street, Harrisburg; one daughter, Brenda L. Warner, 34 N. Second Street, Harrisburg; one brother Blaine E. Warner, East High Street, Carlisle; five sisters: Violet Gatten, 333 N. East Street, Carlisle; Mrs. K. (June) W. Smith, RD6, Carlisle; Mrs. F. (Janet) A. Stoltenbug, RD4 Carlisle; Miss Fay A. Warner, 29 N. Pitt Street, Carlisle; and Mrs. J. (Myrtle) Maurice, 249 W. Pine Street., Mount Holly Springs; and 3 grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 from the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover Street, Carlisle With Herb Wireback, associate pastor of Bethel Assembly of God Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Kutz Church Cemetery, RD1, Carlisle.
