Mrs. Narcy Kicklighter Died Wednesday
Narcy Bacon Kicklighter,94,died Wednesday in Glennville after a long illness.
The Tattnall County native was a member of Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Earnest Strickland and Mrs. Layton Purvis, both of Glennville, four sons, Harris, Wilford, Celton, and Haven Kicklighter, all of Glennville; five sisters, Mrs. Nora Thompson, Mrs. Pearl Durrence, Mrs. John Hill, and Mrs. Ava Dell Kicklighter, all of Glennville , and Mrs. Sue Nell Hodges of Fort Pierce, Fla; a brother, J.A. Bacon of Glennville, 15 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 34 great-great grand children.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church near Glennville, with burial in the church cemetery.
