Mrs. Lou Ella Benskin, 69, of R1 Wellsville, died at the Audrain Medical Center at 9:35am today.

Funeral services for Mrs. Benskin will be conducted by the Reverend Calvin Warden of Mexico at the Wells Funeral Home here at 2pm Thursday. Burial will be in the Wellsville Cemetary. Mrs. Benskin, who died Tuesday at Audrain Medical Center, was born September 13, 1893. Survivors include five sons and five daughters, David Benskin of Portland, Alva and Vernon Benskin of Mexico, Mrs. Helen Stiers and Mrs. Thelma Burtin of Fulton, Mrs. Nellie Patrick of Calwood, Mrs. Carl Scott of Granite City, Illinois, Wilburn and Alfred Benskin and Mrs. Alma Morris of Wellsville. She also leaves two brothers, Fred, George and James Lindsey of Iowa and three sisters, Mrs. Florence Thurston of Beardstown, Iowa, Mrs. Bell Prunty of Rock Island, Illinois and Mrs. Elizabeth Brownell of Oneida, Illinois, thirty-seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
