Earl Blalock, 88, of Mountain View, OK passed away Tuesday, June 21st, 2011 at the Veterans Center in Norman, OK. He was born October 13th, 1922 to Edgar and Ila (Moore) Blalock in Hastings, OK. Earl married Jewell Hensley April 4th, 1942 in Mountain View, OK. He joined the United States Army January 6th, 1943 and was honorably discharged January 15th, 1946. While in the United States Army, Earl was awarded the Purple Heart.
