--Henry Langhammer, 43, of Rural Route, 5, Clinton, took his life Monday afternoon. Death had been instantaneous.
--He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Langhammer, who live two miles west of Golden Gate church at the turn of the main Clinton Township road to LaDue. Henry Langhammer lived in a small dwelling house near the home of his parents. He was unmarried.
--He is survived by his parents and four brothers and three sisters, as follows: Albert Langhammer, of Clinton; Geroge Langhammer, of Rural Route 5, Clinton; Will and John Langhammer, of Leonard, Mo.; Mrs. Paul Abraham, of Route 5, Clinton; Mrs. Edgar Lawrence, of Mancaster(sic), Iowa; Mrs. Charles Bagby, of Winthrop, Iowa.
--The remains were taken to the Wilkinson Funeral Home.
--Funeral services were held at 9 o'clock, Wednesday morning at the Holy Rosary Church. Father Nichols officiated. Interment was in Englewood Cemetery.
