Funeral services for Jerry Dobesh, 67, of Route 1, Richmond, were scheduled at 2 p.m. today at St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Needville with Rev. Richard Avery officiating. Burial was to be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Rosenberg.
Mr. Dobesh, who moved to Fort Bend County about 1911, died Saturday night in Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. He farmed in the Fairchilds community until retiring in 1962.
Survivors include a son, Rev. Leal Dobesh of Gainesville; two sisters, Mrs. August Kovar and Mrs. Ben Wolf, both of Rosenberg; two brothers, Ludwig Dobesh of Beasley and Adolph Dobesh of Needville; and three grandchildren.
Burial was in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Rosenberg. Funeral services were under the direction of Garmany & Co. Funeral Directors.

Mr. Dobesh married the former Freda Moench of the Fairchilds community.
