Dearly loved, June Lorraine Brunson Larsen, age 82, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2005, in London due to injuries sustained during an African Safari.
June was born November 15, 1922, in Oakland, California, to Elmer and Ethel Brunson. She married Kenneth (Kenny) Breen Larsen on August 11, 1948. June was a life member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, spent several years as a Pink Lady volunteer and enjoyed her time with the Red Hatters.
June loved to travel and had an unmatched zest for life. She loved learning and studied Tai Chi and Spanish, as well as playing the harmonica and guitar. Never one to sit still, she loved gardening, golfing, and embroidery; later in life, line dancing and water aerobics.
