Barbara was born on January 21, 1844 in Valla, Moson, Hungary as the daughter of Johann Schwarzbauer and Eva Deutsch.

Valla became subject to Austria on August 28, 1921, and the village is now referred to as Wallern, Burgenland, Austria; Pamhagen lies in the district of Neusiedl am See .

Wallern, aka Wallern im Burgenland (Hungarian: Valla) is a town in the northeastern part of Burgenland in Austria. It is located in the southern part of the Neusiedl am See district east of the Neusiedlersee, on Route 52 about 5 Km north of the Einser-Kanal border with Hungary.

Barbara Schwarzbauer (born 1844), is the daughter of Johann Schwarzbauer and Eva Deutsch and the granddaughter of Johann Schwarzbauer and Anna Koppi (all from House 75, main street 8).

Her marriage to Johann Zwizkl is recorded at House 75 and at House 11. Apparently, after her marriage to Johann Zwickl, her husband became part owner of House 75. Barbara and her husband moved to House 11, main street 17 around 1865. Both residents are included in this report.

Johann Zwickl from Tadten, married since 1865 to Barbara Schwarzbauer moved from house 75 to House 11 about 1884. He died here in 1906. His son, Johanna Zwickl, born in 1871 in House 75, married Theresa Taufer in 1896. He lived at House 11 until 1914/1915.
