He was born in Red Star, Ar to David and Talitha Ward Samuels. He was preceeded in death by his parents, his wife, Jessie, three brothers and two sisters.

He was a retired farmer and a Baptist. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War Two, serving from 1942- 1946.

He is survived by one brother, one sister, one sister-in-law, several nieces and nephews.

He was 90 when he died at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, AR. I have a copy of his obit from The Madison County Record. also he is distanly related to us so for family contact us.
