Glen M Ward, 62, Riverside, Utah, was found dead of natural causes at his ranch in Washakie, Utah, Friday.

He was born on April 13, 1910 in Washakie, Utah, a son of George M and Mary Ann Morris Ward. He was raised and educated in Bear River Valley and was a graduate of Bear River High School.

He married Alice Coombs on October 1, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple in August of 1950.

He had lived in Tremonton for 12 years and in Riverside for 30 years where he owned and operated his farm and ranch.

He was a member of the board of directors of the Federal Land Bank Association of Tremonton, the Utah Cattlemen's Association and the Bear River Livestock Association.

He was a High Priest in the Belmont LDS Ward and had served as a Bishop's Counselor for three years, Sunday School Superintendent, Home Teacher and High Priest Group Leader.

Surviving are his widow, Riverside, Utah; one son and one daughter, Max C Ward and Mrs Richard (Barbara) Capener, both of Riverside, Utah; seven grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters, J Moroni Ward, Tremonton, Utah; J Voss Ward and Mrs DeLoss (Esther) Jensen, both of Riverside, Utah; Mrs Vida Howell, Pocatello, Idaho; and Mrs Irene Austin, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Burial was held in the Riverside Cemetery, Riverside, Utah.
