Juanita Adams Oaks, 70, a retail sales manager, died Oct. 18, 2008 at the Heritage Gardens Health Care Center in Carrollton, Texas. Visitation is Friday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. until noon at Jordan Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Friday at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko.
Rev. Mike Stancil will officiate.
She will be deeply missed by daughters, Anita O'Daniel and husband, Alan of Texas, Lisa Foster and husband, Eddie of Mississippi, and Taunja Oaks and husband, Tony Waltman of Mississippi; brothers, Fred Adams of Texas, and Bill Adams of Texas; sister, Dorothy Cole of Texas; grandchildren, Cameron, Cody, Heather, Alexis, Ashleigh and Jayson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James William Oaks; daughter, Theresa Curtis; parents, Freddie Mae and Neda Mae Odom Adams.
