Fred Adams, Jr., age 89, of Terrell, Texas, passed away April 8, 2015 in Terrell, Texas. He was born April 1, 1926 in Leake County, Mississippi to Freddie and Neda Odom Adams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Brenda Joyce Adams, Juanita Oaks and Dorothy Cole; and one brother, James Emmett Adams.
Fred is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Christine P. Adams; three sons, Jimmy D. Adams and his wife, Mary, Jerry Adams and his wife, Ardyce and Benny Fred Adams and his wife, Amy; daughter, Susan Chandler and her husband, Jerry Don; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Bill Adams and his wife, Mary Lou; and numerous other family members.
