A native of Palmer, Mass., he served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 to 1962.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Wood Foreman; two sons, William F. "Bill" Foreman of Wallingford and Mark H. Foreman of Hudson, Mass.; and a granddaughter.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at South Congregational Church, 9 Pleasant St., Middletown. Burial will be in Middlefield Cemetery. The Biega Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
